We source our hair through two carefully selected channels to meet the evolving needs of our clients while maintaining high standards of traceability and quality. Part of our hair is hand-selected by us in Eastern Europe, where we work with trusted agents to choose only the finest virgin hair, picked strand by strand for quality, strength and natural movement. The rest is now produced in partnership with a long-standing manufacturer in Northern China, chosen for their expertise in high-quality colour blending and ethical production methods. This relationship was born out of our increasing demand for multi-tonal mixes, which are labour-intensive and require a high level of precision and cost. As our brand has grown, so too has our capacity to offer these blends, without compromising on integrity or quality.

 Once selected, our European materials are shipped to Singapore to undergo the fumigation and colouring process. Our Chinese partners, will follow a similar regime. Our hair undergoes a controlled and meticulous production process tailored to preserve its natural quality. Our European hair is kept as raw and untouched as possible, allowing for maximum longevity and a more seamless blend with the wearer’s natural hair. For our mixed shades and larger batch collections, our Chinese partner follows strict protocols set by us, including gentle cleansing, sorting by length, and multi-step colour blending, all done by hand. Each shade is carefully constructed over time to avoid damage and maintain the strength of the cuticle. No bundle is rushed, and no shortcut is taken. Whether it’s a natural shade or a custom blend, we take a slow, considered approach to ensure consistency, quality, and wearability.

Every bundle of Odus-Pro hair is held to an exceptional standard. Before any hair is approved for sale, it is subject to a multi-step quality control process. We check for cuticle alignment, strand integrity, colour consistency, and weft, tape and bond strength. Each batch is tested in real-world conditions: washed, styled, and heat-treated to ensure it behaves beautifully under salon conditions. After production is finalised, our hair is then packaged and shipped to the UK to undergo its final checks by our Quality Assurance Team to ensure there has been no damage caused during travel, and there are no compromises to integrity. Hair is never shipped directly to customers from our production house. Our internal standards are high because our customers remain at the centre of our ethos.
